NAPBPRO LEADERSHIP MASTERMIND PROGRAM

Building on the success of last year’s NAPBPRO Leadership Academy pilot, please join us for the inaugural NAPBPRO Leadership Mastermind program!

Think leader Napoleon Hill first conceptualized Mastermind groups—a hybrid of group coaching/leadership development–based on his belief that surrounding yourself with smart, engaged people with similar interests is exponentially more powerful than going it alone. We agree.

NAPBPRO recognizes that many of us feel alone in our work.

But you’re not.

Our network of professionals from varied organizations and experiences is the right place to become part of an energizing, motivated, diverse group of talented professionals to encourage growth and success through mutual support.

We envision this Leadership Mastermind to elevate the three C’s in your work life:

  • Connector—increase your network of national colleagues who share your work experience
  • Collaborator—utilize cohort talent to boost your learning, refine ideas together
  • Catalyst—spark new projects or disruptive ideas with a brain trust

Need a kick in the you-know-what to get a little more fire to your work life? Join us for Leadership Mastermind this fall! Twenty members in five, four-member cohorts will be selected. NAPBPRO membership is required for participation if accepted. Program participation will be free to accepted applicants, and will include a leadership assessment and companion book. Each cohort will meet remotely on the first Wednesday of each month, September 2019 through April 2020.

2021: Please Stay Tuned! More information will be available in late spring 2021.

For the 2019-20 Program, applications were due by COB August 14th, 2019 and program members were notified by August 19th. Members of last year’s Leadership Academy are welcome to apply. All applicants should reserve September 4 from 1pm-2:30pm Eastern until notified of program acceptance.
